Great in Warlock Zoo decks. If I get Coin and nothing but 1 drops on turn 1/2 I can have Sea Giant out before turn 4.

Why can't I hold all these concedes! :P

The flavor text is a reference to Animal Crossing. When the player in that game catches a Sea Bass, the character says "I caught a Sea Bass! See? Bass!"
