The last must-visit place on your trip is Cromer. The town is often called the ‘coastal capital’ of Norfolk and is home to many of the region’s best restaurants and cultural attractions.
If it is sunny, there is only one place to spend the day, Cromer Beach, whose miles of sand do not let down the high standards of the region. If the weather is bad, the kids will love Amazona Zoo, which contains over 200 animals including; jaguars, monkeys and snakes.
After sunset, head to The Old Rock Shop Bistro for even more sumptuous seafood. Or, for something a little more formal, Northrepps Cottage Restaurant, which is the perfect treat after a long day on the beach.
While we can’t guarantee sunshine, there is no doubt that a trip to the Norfolk Coast, with so much to see and do, will provide endless fun. Norfolk Coast hotels offer as good a base as any from which to explore this beautiful region.
